Jodi Taylor, QA Manager
Jodi Taylor has more than 20 years experience in Quality Assurance, including seven years at Pace. In this time, she has worked with federal regulations such as cGMP, GLP, cGCP and ISO standards and the pharmaceutical, medical device, preclinical research and in-vitro diagnostics markets. In her role as QA Manager, Jodi leads Pace's quality assurance team in working to deliver consistent products/services, enhance customer satisfaction and strive for continual improvement. Jodi is responsible for the SPS Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2015 registration and ISO 17025 accreditation programs. Outside of work, Jodi likes gardening, hiking, fishing and spending time at her lake cabin.
"I enjoy working with our management team on continuous improvement projects, such as moving ISG into use of a ELN (Electronic Laboratory Notebook), which will bring greater efficiency into the field."
Dan Kempenich, General Manager, SPS Division
As the General Manager, SPS Division, Dan Kempenich focuses on business development. His responsibilities include financial management of the ISG budget, operation oversight to ensure customer satisfaction, compliance with SPS' quality regulations and employee career development.
Starting his professional career as a medical technologist in a toxicology lab and working his way to a lab supervisor position and eventually a role managing the equipment/facility maintenance department, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge in various aspects of the industry to his current position. Dan also enjoys spending time outdoors, engaging in activities such as camping, fishing, hunting, playing sports and relaxing—especially with his family. Following the local sports teams, at all levels, is a big part of his family's lives as well.

Andy Kroll, Service Manager
Andy Kroll has worked as an analyst, supervisor, lab manager and certifying scientist in a toxicology laboratory. He brings the skills from these positions and his Pace background in instrument support to his current role of SPS Service Manager. In this position, Andy oversees the activities of the analytical instrumentation group, working to ensure dependable instrument service as well as top customer service. Outside of work, Andy enjoys almost anything that keeps him outside—fishing, hiking, boating, skiing, camping, etc.

Jeff Schroeder, GC, GC/MS Supervisor
Jeff Schroder has been the GC, GC/MS Supervisor at Pace for almost six years. He is responsible for the daily activities of the service team in Minneapolis and provides support to Pace's service specialists in Indiana, Illinois and California. He also travels to customer sites to perform instrument repairs, annual maintenance and qualifications.
Jeff brings considerable experience to this position from more than 20 years in the cosmetics/personal care industry—including positions in quality assurance, research and development, and laboratory management. Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and kids—all six of them. His family enjoys boating on the lake, tubing and swimming. Motorcycles are his indulgence, and he says he has a few too many!
