PROP 65

• Prop 65 is the same as Proposition 65, The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, or California Health & Safety Code section 25249.5 et seq.
• The list is updated at least once a year and contains roughly 900 chemicals.
• Businesses must now provide a "clear and reasonable" warning before knowingly and intentionally exposing anyone to a listed chemical.
