Our expertise brought to your location! Pace travels nationwide (with minimal travel fees) to make repairs. Pace supports areas in our local markets without a travel fee. For more information on our local markets, visit Markets Served.

Depot / Bench Repair:

Send in your parts for cost-effective repair— with no travel costs. A time minimum of two hours is required and includes set-up, evaluation and repair. If we can repair it during the two hour minimum (often we can!), no additional hours will be charged.

How to send your component in for repair:

• Download this form
• Contact sales for a Returns Authorizations (RA) Number and a Cost of Service estimate
• Package your component for careful shipping; use an oversized box, wrap in several layers of bubble wrap and secure with tape
